Up to 10 files per request: photos up to 20 MB, videos (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 200 MB, with previews and upload progress. Your form keeps its design.

All requests in Apps › Support Inbox: filters by status and topic, search, photo previews, a video player and a link to the order.

Mark requests as new, in progress or closed, keep internal notes for your team and reply to the customer by email in one click.

Requests still arrive at your store’s email address as before, now with a link to every file and to the request in your admin.

Private file storage
Files are kept in private cloud storage and open only through private links in your admin and in your store’s email. Nothing is listed publicly.

Cloudflare Turnstile stops bots before they upload anything. Most customers never see a captcha.

Prices are in US dollars, per store. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment — see the Refund Policy.
Will it change how my contact form looks?
No. We add the upload block to your existing form and match your theme’s styles.
Which files can customers attach?
Photos (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC) up to 20 MB and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 200 MB, up to 10 files per request.
Do I still get emails?
Yes. Your store’s usual contact email still arrives, now with a link to each file and to the request in your admin.
Where are the files stored?
In private cloud storage, for as long as your subscription is active. They open only through private links in your admin and email.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the link in your payment receipt or by emailing us. The app keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Does it work with any Shopify theme?
Yes. It works with any theme that has a contact form, on desktop and mobile.
